Subcontractor Work

Müller Gas Equipment A/S also operate as a sub-supplier – undertaking the processes from hot pressing of raw brass blanks, deburring and machining to delivery of finished products. New products are manufactured in close cooperation with the customers.

A modern and flexible assembly of machinery, skilled and experienced empoloyees as well as comprehensive knowhow help to supply the company’s customers with high-quality products at competitive prices.

Müller Gas Equipment A/S has more than 90 years of proven experience in the field of manufacturing brass parts.

Brass

Brass has been used for many years because of its unique formability and machining properties. Brass is therefore used for a multitude of applications, including sanitary fittings, pumps, fittings and couplings, technical fittings, lamp parts, and electricity and energy supply components. Thanks to its excellent properties and many possible combinations, brass is constantly used in exciting new challenging applications. The following brass alloys are frequently used by Müller Gas Equipment A/S because of their exceptional hot stamping properties.

Aluminium

Aluminium is renowned for its many excellent properties, particularly its lightness. Many people are unaware that aluminium can be hot stamped, providing considerable savings without compromising the beneficial properties of the material. The desired mechanical properties of aluminium are also retained as the material remains completely homogeneous throughout the hot stamping process.
